Yes. You can edit or cancel your order by contacting us via email with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll try our best to accommodate your request if it’s in our ability. Above all, we believe in bringing you signature jewelry pieces that last a lifetime at attainable, fair prices. We only use solid gold to maintain a high standard of quality in our pieces and, just as we all do, your jewelry needs a little TLC every now and then.

To keep its shine, you should clean your solid gold and most precious gemstone jewelry regularly with a solution of 10-parts warm water and 2-parts mild dish soap (no detergents). Soaking is the key: soak your gold jewelry pieces for 3 hours and then scrub them gently with a very soft brush to rub off dirt buildup. Likewise, remove your gold jewelry before household cleaning to avoid contact with harsh chemicals.

We only partner with trusted technical experts who deliver high quality craftsmanship combining artisanal skills with advanced technology, with high ethical standards and knowledge of the supply chain.

Our gold, diamonds and gemstones are 100% natural, conflict-free and ethically sourced. Koru only uses diamonds sourced from countries that are full participants in the Kimberley Process. Additionally, we offer Lab Diamonds with GCAL (Gem Certification & Assurant Lab).
