Orders & Payments
How do I track my Koru order?
Log in to My Account and select My Orders to view your order status. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email, please allow 1–2 business days for tracking activity to update. No account? Create one using the same email from your order and access My Orders the same way.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Send and email to info@korujewelers.com with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that custom-sized and engraved pieces cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
Can I change my shipping or billing address?
Send an email to info@korujewelers.com within 1 hour of placing your order to update a shipping address. Once your order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible. Billing addresses cannot be edited after an order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm. We also offer layaway and financing, contact our team at info@korujewelers.com for details.
What do I do if my order arrives defective or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize. Please email your order number and a photo of the issue to info@korujewelers.com and our team will resolve it right away.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO, or FPO addresses. Free shipping is available on all domestic Puerto Rico orders over $100 USD. For international orders, email us your delivery address for a shipping quote.
How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
Ready-to-ship pieces: 2–3 business days processing, plus shipping time. Made-to-order pieces: 10–15 business days processing, plus shipping time. Bespoke, custom, or engraved pieces: at least 8–10 weeks once production begins. Shipping methods: Standard USPS (~7–10 business days) or FedEx/UPS 2-Day (~2 business days). A signature is required upon delivery. To waive this, add a note at checkout under Order Notes.
My order is delayed, what should I do?
Delays can occur during peak and holiday seasons. If your order hasn't shipped by its estimated date, our team will reach out within 24–48 hours with an update. You're always welcome to contact us at info@korujewelers.com.
Why do some pieces take 4–6 weeks to craft?
Some pieces are crafted to order by hand, requiring an estimated 4–6 weeks in production. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and it will be well worth the wait.
Products & Materials
Are all your pieces made with solid gold?
Yes. Every Koru piece is crafted in 10k to 18k solid gold, never plated, filled, or vermeil. We maintain this standard to ensure lasting quality in every piece.
Where is your jewelry made?
We work with locally owned manufacturers across the US. This gives us direct oversight of quality and ensures our makers are fairly compensated and working in safe conditions.
Are your gold and diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes. All gold, diamonds, and gemstones are 100% natural, conflict-free, and ethically sourced. Our diamonds come exclusively from Kimberley Process–certified countries. We also offer lab diamonds with GCAL certification.
How do I care for my gold jewelry?
Clean regularly with a solution of 10 parts warm water to 2 parts mild dish soap (no detergents). Soak for 3 hours, then gently scrub with a very soft brush. Remove jewelry before household cleaning to avoid contact with harsh chemicals.
Custom Orders & Repairs
Can I order a custom or bespoke piece?
Yes. Visit our Concierge Services page for bespoke jewelry, custom sizing, and engraving options. Custom pieces typically take at least 8–10 weeks to complete once production begins. All custom, engraved, and custom-sized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer repairs?
Complimentary repairs are available for pieces under our Concierge Service package. For pieces outside this package, a repair service is available for purchase. Repairs do not cover damage from improper use, storage, or third-party modifications. We do not currently offer repairs for international orders.
Gifting
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient. You can select your preferred value. Gift cards are non-refundable, valid only when purchased on korujewelers.com, and cannot be combined with discount codes.
How do I redeem a gift card?
At step 3 of checkout, click "Apply a gift card" and enter your code. One gift card per transaction. If a balance remains, pay the difference with a credit card. You can check your gift card balance anytime in your Koru account.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. At checkout, select "Yes" when asked if your purchase is a gift. You'll receive full gift packaging and the option to include a printed gift message. Your message will be printed exactly as entered, please double-check for errors and avoid using emojis.
Warranty
What does the Koru Lifetime Warranty cover?
The Koru Lifetime Warranty covers all gold jewelry from the date of original purchase for the life of the piece under normal use. Not covered: loss or theft, intentional or negligent damage, unauthorized alterations, ordinary wear and tear (scratches, tarnish), or environmental damage.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Affirm Financing
How does Affirm financing work?
Affirm lets you split your purchase into monthly payments.
Rates range from 0–36% APR depending on eligibility. For example, an $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR. A down payment may be required.
Checking your eligibility does not affect your credit score. You'll need a US mobile number to sign up. Learn more at affirm.com.
Can I pay off my Affirm purchase early?
Yes, there is no penalty for early payoff. Make or schedule payments anytime at affirm.com or in the Affirm app (iOS or Android). Affirm will send payment reminders by email and text.
Can I return an item purchased with Affirm?
Yes. Initiate the return with Koru Jewelers and Affirm will process the refund on their end.
